“From the first session I went on a journey of self discovery and reflection. The healing was insightful, challenging at times, enjoyable at other times and life-changing.

On an emotional level, I was wondering if there was something around my romantic relationships that needed to be worked on, especially about my own blockages or ways of relating.

On a physical level, I had some digestive issues, and some difficulties with sleep (waking up many times during the night, not sleeping well).

The healing sessions have been incredibly nurturing on many levels. During the sessions I was extremely relaxed, both in the in-person sessions and the distance sessions, although my preference is for the in-person sessions as I find easier to relax and disconnect from my life.

The healing was incredibly relaxing and I felt quite emotional after each session. I saw wonderful colours throughout and often felt very tired afterwards, which Julie-Anne explained was quite normal.

Julie-Anne’s energy is something else, I felt immediately at ease in her presence. The 8 weeks of energy healing I had with her have been life changing in the truest sense. I initially sought healing as I was feeling at a loss with overwhelmed sadness, unable to sleep and busy thoughts.

As an energy bodyworker myself, I initially went for healing to support setting up my own practice, my boundaries and energy clearing after seeing clients.

I was looking to feel more comfortable and confident being more visible in specific scenarios that usually had me taking a backseat – which was holding me back.

I personally found that whether the session was in person or at a distance, the effect, feeling and results were the same. Distant healing is obviously very convenient and means more people can have access to her work. It is just as powerful, and I would have no hesitation in recommending that as an option with the same potency as in-person healing.
