5 Signs Your Aura Needs Clearing
Your aura is your energetic field. It surrounds the body and reflects what’s happening physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. When this field is balanced and flowing, you feel clear, centred, and resilient. But when it’s overloaded or out of alignment, you may feel scattered, exhausted, emotionally off, or disconnected from yourself.
The aura is made up of four subtle bodies:
